What is Panxo?

Panxo is an advertising platform that helps brands reach users who discover content through AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot. We detect the context of AI conversations and show relevant ads when those users visit publisher sites.

How is Panxo different from traditional advertising?

Traditional display advertising targets users based on demographics or browsing behavior. Panxo targets users based on what they're actively asking AI assistants - capturing genuine intent in real-time.

What AI assistants does Panxo support?

Currently supported:

Where do Panxo ads appear?

Ads appear on our network of premium publisher websites when users visit after being referred by an AI assistant.

Campaigns & Targeting

What is an AI Audience Segment?

An AI Audience Segment groups users by the context of their AI conversations. For example, "Customer Service Seekers" includes users who asked AI assistants about customer service software, help desk solutions, etc.

How does segment pricing work?

Each segment has a floor CPM (minimum cost per 1,000 impressions). Your bid must meet or exceed the floor to compete for impressions in that segment.

What happens if I target multiple segments?

When targeting multiple segments:

1. Your bid must meet the highest floor among selected segments
2. You pay the floor CPM of whichever segment actually matched each impression
3. This is called "dynamic CPM" - you pay different prices for different segments

Can I target specific keywords?

Not directly. Targeting is segment-based, not keyword-based. However, segments are defined by keyword patterns (e.g., "Customer Service Seekers" matches queries about customer service software, help desk, support tools, etc.).

What's the minimum budget?

There's no minimum budget for self-serve campaigns. We recommend at least $50/day for meaningful data.

Creatives & Formats

What ad formats are supported?

• Sticky Banner: Fixed banner at bottom of viewport (728x90 desktop, 320x50 mobile)
• Announcement Bar: Thin bar at top of page (text-based)
• Smart Corner: Floating unit in corner (300x250)

What file formats are accepted?

JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP. Maximum file size is 150KB.

How long does creative review take?

• Standard: 4-8 business hours
• Express (enterprise): Same day

Can I use animated banners?

Yes, with limitations:

• Maximum 15 seconds duration
• Maximum 3 loops
• No flashing or strobing effects

Pricing & Billing

What is the pricing model?

CPM (Cost Per Mille) - you pay per 1,000 impressions.

What are the segment floor prices?

When do I get invoiced?

Invoices are issued monthly for the previous month's spend. Payment terms are NET-30 for approved accounts.

What payment methods are accepted?

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Bank transfer (for enterprise accounts)
• ACH (US only)

How do I track conversions?

Implement our conversion pixel on your thank-you/confirmation page. See Tracking Guide for details.

What attribution model does Panxo use?

Last-click attribution with a 30-day click window and 1-day view window.

Can I integrate with Google Analytics?

Yes. Add UTM parameters to your destination URLs and Panxo traffic will appear in your GA reports.

How quickly is data updated?

• Impressions/clicks: Every 5 minutes
• Spend: Hourly
• Conversions: Every 15 minutes

How do I get access to Panxo Desk?

Can my agency manage campaigns for multiple clients?

Yes. Agency accounts can manage multiple advertiser accounts under one login.

Is Panxo GDPR compliant?

Yes. Panxo is fully GDPR compliant:

• User consent is respected
• Data stored in EU-compliant infrastructure
• No tracking if user has opted out
• Data deletion available upon request

Do you use cookies?

Panxo uses first-party cookies for:

• Conversion attribution (30-day expiry)
• Frequency capping (24-hour expiry)

Users can opt out via our opt-out mechanism.
