This guide covers all supported ad formats and requirements for creating effective Panxo ads through Desk.
How Creatives Work
Panxo uses a format-based system rather than fixed pixel dimensions. You upload a single image and the system adapts it to different placements automatically.
Adding a Creative
When creating a campaign, you'll add creatives with the following fields:
Required Fields

Sticky Banner
The primary and most common format. A banner fixed at the bottom of the viewport.

Image Best Practices
Do:
- Use high-quality images

- Include misleading content

Headline
- Max length: Keep under 60 characters for best display
- Best practice: Clear, actionable message

Description
- Max length: Keep under 120 characters
- Best practice: Expand on the headline, add context
- Examples:

CTA Text
- Max length: Keep under 20 characters
- Best practice: Action-oriented verbs
- Examples:
- "Learn More"

Sponsor Name
- Max length: Keep under 30 characters
- Best practice: Your brand name as users know it
- Examples:

Destination URL
Requirements
- Must be a valid HTTPS URL
- Must be a working, accessible page
- Should be relevant to the ad content

Creative Review
All creatives are reviewed before going live.

Common Rejection Reasons
- Low quality image - Blurry, pixelated, or poor resolution
- Misleading content - Claims that can't be verified
- Fake UI elements - Fake close buttons, fake error messages
- Policy violations - Adult content, prohibited products
- Broken destination - URL doesn't load or returns error
Multiple Creatives
You can add multiple creatives per campaign:
- Rotation: Creatives rotate automatically
- Performance: System optimizes toward best performers
- Formats: Mix different formats for broader reach
Strategy Tips
- A/B Testing: Create 2-3 headline variations
- Format Mix: Use both Sticky Banner and Smart Corner
- Refresh: Update creatives monthly to avoid fatigue
Asset Checklist
Before launching, ensure you have:
- At least one creative added
- Image uploaded and displaying correctly
- Headline is clear and compelling
- Destination URL is working
- Sponsor name is correct
- CTA text is actionable
Uploading Assets
Via Desk (Self-Serve)
- Go to Campaigns > [Your Campaign] > Creatives
- Click "Add Creative"
- Fill in the form and upload image
- Click "Add Creative" to save
- Repeat for additional creatives
For Managed Service
Email assets to: creatives@panxo.ai
Include:
- Campaign name
- All creative images
- Copy (headline, description, CTA)
- Destination URLs
- Sponsor name
