Target users by device type.
Available Device Types
| Device | Description |
|---|---|
| Desktop | Windows, macOS, Linux computers |

| Tablet | iPad, Android tablets |
Device Strategy Tips
- B2B/Enterprise: Prioritize Desktop (professionals research during work)

- Content/Media: All devices for maximum reach
Default Behavior
If no devices are selected, the campaign targets all devices.
AI Audience Segments
The most powerful targeting dimension. Target users based on the context of their AI conversations.
How It Works
- User asks AI assistant a question (e.g., "What's the best customer service software?")
- AI provides an answer that includes publisher content
- User visits the publisher site
- Panxo detects the conversation context and matches to relevant segments
- Your ad is shown to users in your target segments
Available Segments
See the complete AI Segments reference for all available segments with descriptions and CPM floors.
Multi-Segment Targeting
You can target multiple segments simultaneously:
- Broader Reach: More segments = more potential impressions
- Dynamic Pricing: You pay the floor CPM of whichever segment matches each impression
- Bid Requirement: Your bid must meet the highest floor among selected segments
Example Campaign Targeting:
- Customer Service Seekers ($2.50 CPM floor)
- B2B Software Buyers ($12.00 CPM floor)
- Enterprise Decision Makers ($18.00 CPM floor)
Minimum bid required: $18.00
Impressions will cost between $2.50 - $18.00 depending on match.
Advanced Options
Frequency Capping
Limit how often the same user sees your ads.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Impressions | Maximum impressions per user |
| Time Window | Period for the cap (hours) |
Example: 3 impressions per 24 hours means a user sees your ad at most 3 times per day.
Recommended Settings:
- Brand Awareness: 5-7 impressions / 24 hours
- Direct Response: 2-3 impressions / 24 hours
- Retargeting: 3-5 impressions / 24 hours
Domain Exclusions
Exclude specific publisher domains from your campaign.
Use cases:
- Exclude competitor sites
- Exclude sites with brand safety concerns
- Exclude sites where you already advertise directly
